Stabilization of Product Feed and Prevention of Slippage

• Up and down when feeding the sheet is parallel up and down on both the entry side and the exit side.
• Since it is a four-wheel drive system equipped with a product feed mechanism on the inlet / outlet side of the mold, it is possible to realize “product feed without slack” and minimize the misalignment.
  *Patents have been registered for the four-wheel drive system.

High Cycle

• High cycle drive is possible by stabilizing product feed and improving the function to prevent slippage. A cycle of “up to 140 times / minute” is recorded.（However, if the product height is within 30 mm.）

Improved Operability and Maintainability

• The entry side product guide is swiveled 90 degrees to the opposite side of the operator,　and mold maintenance can be easily performed.
• Equipped with a remote (electrical system) maintenance system. In the unlikely event of　an electrical system problem, we can also provide solution support via the Web.
