• Provides a uniform finish with no irregularities
  Silicon liquid is drawn from the liquid bath via a plated roller and transferred to two rubber rollers, which apply coating to the sheet surface. This enables a uniform application of the silicon liquid coating, with no irregularities.
• Allows coating of both sides of sheet
  The WU-1000(800)S model can apply coating to either the front or back surface of a sheet, allowing for flexible use according to existing manufacturing line conditions or operating requirements. The WU-1000(800)SD model is capable of applying coating on both sides simultaneously.
• Automatic replenishment of silicon liquid
  When a low level of silicon liquid in the tank is detected, liquid is automatically replenished from the　upper tank. In addition to eliminating the task of manual replenishment, this mechanism also prevents interruptions caused by low liquid supply, enabling continuous operation over a long period.
